I didn't know what to expect, because I've never seen a drag show before. Sharon Needles was the winner of the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race (which I love!).
It was really horrible and hot where I was standing.
I didn't actually stay for all of Sharon's show. After her first song I felt really ill and I felt like I needed to sit down. There was no seating at the club (what the hell?!) so I actually bailed early and caught a taxi home.

What a bummer you felt ill and had to leave! I hope you felt better when you could sit down and get out of the heat. (How stupid of them not to have any seats... guess they decided they could stuff more people in that way.)

I don't go out so much to clubs anymore because of the lack of/limited seating. Especially if you are dressed to the nines, ladies need a place to perch!!!
Have you seen Sharon's boy/girlfriend on the new season? I think Sharon is the better of the two. ;-)

My extremely gay friend went and I SO wanted to go. Unfortunately I had to work that day and getting to Perth would've been difficult - especially because Soundwave was on the Monday.

Sounds like a show that's very difficult to withstand. However, I am so happy you got the chance to see a real drag show! I really want to see one!!
